Colour: ruby red.
Bouquet: fruity, with floral hints.
Taste: medium bodied wine, to drink right away.

VINIFICATION

Fermentation: in October, for about 10 days.
Aging: 6 months in steel tanks.
Bottle aging: 1 month.

Bouquet: peculiar and fruity, with hints of cherries and marasca cherries.
Taste: savoury and harmonious, bodied, to drink right away.

Aging: 6 months in steel tanks.
Bottle aging: 1 month.

ORGANOLEPTIC DESCRIPTION

Colour: strong ruby red.
Bouquet: intense, with hints of ripe fruit and spices.
Taste: full-bodied, generous and long-lasting.

VINIFICATION

1ST Fermentation: in October.
2ND Fermentation: in winter, on the skin of Amarone grapes.
Aging: 16 months in Slavonian oak barrels.
Bottle aging: 4 months

AMARONE

ORGANOLEPTIC DESCRIPTION

Colour: deep red, tending into ruby red.
Bouquet: complex, with hints of dry ripe fruit and underbrush.
Taste: heavy-bodied, good balance between softness, austerity and richness.

VINIFICATION

Drying: 3 months.
Fermentation: in winter for about 1 month.
Aging: 30 months in Slavonian oak barrels.
Bottle aging: 6 months.
